I contacted Chancey about a leak I noticed upstairs. They came by, checked the site of the leak and then went outside to examine the roof. They were able to make repairs immediately. There was no pressure to do any additional work. When I questioned about another area of my roof, I was told those repairs were not necessary. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism. I contacted Elevate Contracting after getting a referral from a friend and I couldn’t be any happier with the services that I received. The whole process was seamless from the first phone call. They got out to me in a timely manner and Chancey gave me a quote that was more than reasonable. My bathroom had water damage after a busted pipe and it looks more beautiful than before it happened. They dealt with my insurance and were actually able to get me upgrades without much out of pocket expense. After a heavy rainstorm, I had a roof leak around the chimney that was causing ceiling damage in my moms house. I called on a Saturday morning and got the owner.
